As the Head of Sales and Service, Dietmar Walz has been developing relations with Bystronic glass customers since May 2014. Prior to this, he was Managing Director of an M-Dax company, where he successfully held managerial responsibility for the sales of capital goods. Prior to this he was responsible for a variety of managerial duties with leading global IT manufacturers. Dietmar Walz is a lecturer in sales and customer proximity at the Universities of St. Gallen, Mannheim and Darmstadt.
