Fascinating technologies for trend-setting glass processing
Hall W1, Stand 345
At this year’s China Glass exhibition from 11th – 14th April 2016 in Shanghai Bystronic glass will present again fascinating technologies for trend-setting and efficient processing of architectural and automotive glass.
TPS® – From the Original Inventor
The Bystronic glass exhibit will be the tps’applicator for the economic manufacturing of TPS® – the premium insulating glass of the warm edge generation. More than 30 years of accrued experience with warm edge spacers sanctions Bystronic glass: With Thermo Plastic Spacer TPS® it is possible to achieve a peripherally tight edge seal whilst sustaining and increasing insulating glass energy efficiency – this has repeatedly been proven more than a million times over.
During the daily live demonstrations, visitors will be able to reassure themselves about the new, optional finisher that can make the patented bevel joint of the Thermo Plastic Spacer TPS® invisible by request.
Bystronic glass Preferred Partner HEGLA will present the RAPIDLINE, the shape cutting machine for float glass. It is equipped with the well-proven electro-magnetic linear drives with optimal cutting speed and a significant reduction of maintenance.
At China Glass 2016, Bystronic glass will also provide an overview of the product range in the specialist fields of architectural glass as well as automotive glass.
Quick and precise pre-processing of automotive glass
Bystronic glass has been extremely successful on the market for many years with the champ’speed machine generation for the pre-processing of automotive glass. Almost half of all passenger cars are equipped with an automotive lite that was produced on a Bystronic glass unit. The champ’speed 2in1 version is the first machine in the world that can break automotive glass with or without a template on a single machine. At China Glass 2016, Bystronic glass will present the numerous new and further developments to the champ’speed in a multimedia manner in the Automotive Innovation Center.
Glass handling – take it easy
The best-selling Easy-Lift has been inspiring customers from the glass processing industry with its rigid guidance and its own low dead weight since 1998. In recent years, the handling equipment has also gradually established itself with large window manufacturers as it is extremely flexible in terms of frame design, easily meeting their needs.
Service – on hand, wherever our customers are located
Right from the very first minute, Bystronic glass supports its customers during the planning stage. The customer service department is then on-hand all over the world for the delivery of spare parts and on-site support.
